We will contact you within several days of placing your order to coordinate schedules.
Delivery
Full of Life Farm and its agent’s policy is to deliver products into the hands of the customer, or the customer’s designated agent. If customer requests that product be left without the customer or their agent being able to accept in person, then customer accepts all responsibility for the condition of the product. Full of Life Farm and its agent cannot open and re-pack products into customer’s coolers or freezer, whether or not the customer is present. Full of Life Farm and its agent can place unopened cartons in customer’s receptacles if left in an easily accessible location. All merchandise must be paid for fully, in advance, if the product is to be left at an unattended address. Full of Life Farm products are continuously frozen since USDA inspected processing, until they are left attended or unattended at customer’s address.
Refunds will not be issued for products that are damaged due to improper storage after delivery has been made.
Customer Pickup
If customer chooses to pick up their order at the farmers’ market, customer is responsible to pick up order soon enough after the farmers’ market opens for business to ensure customer can get their product home and stored properly to avoid product damage from thawing. Order will arrive at the farmers’ market frozen solid. Full of Life Farm does not have a method for refrigerating or freezing customer order at farmers’ market and is not responsible for keeping customer’s order chilled/frozen once delivered to the farmers’ market.
