If you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund or replace your order
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, except failure or negligence on your part to store the meat properly, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your order. We will exchange what is left of your meat order or give you a refund or store credit for the purchase price of the meat in question. (Original shipping costs will not be refunded.)
Refunds will only be granted to the purchaser whose name appears on the invoice. We will not be responsible for any shipping costs related to a returned item. We cannot be responsible for any items not stored at a safe temperature after you have received your order.
For return orders, shipment is your responsibility.
It is your responsibility to ensure proper and secure repackaging of return items, and to make the choice of the shipping method and company. Return order items must be shipped, and arrive frozen solid at our office to be eligible for refund, credit, or replacement (as stated above).
